Get Obachan is a monthly subscription-based service that delivers high-quality Japanese lifestyle products to your doorstep directly from Japan. Every Get Obachan includes 5-7 product that have been hand selected from the best shops that represent Japan.
Orders placed between the 1st and the 15th of the calendar month will ship between the 20th and the 30th of the same month. Orders placed after the 15th of the calendar month will ship between the 20th and the 30th of the following calendar month.
For example, if you subscribe on January 14, you will get the January box which ships between January 20th and 30th. If you subscribe on January 18, you will get the February box which ships between February 20th and 28th.
All charges are billed on the day of original purchase and every 30 days thereafter.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in your dashboard.

All boxes will ship directly from Japan. We use Japan Post Airmail which delivers parcels within 7-12 days depending on your location.
In some cases, like during high seasons like Christmas, shipments can take longer.
Every order comes with tracking code and may require a signature upon delivery.
If the box is damaged or defective or you did not receive the box ordered, you may be eligible for refund. To request a refund, you must first return the box to us in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Upon verification, we will contact you regarding the amount refundable for that order.
We use a trackable shipping method for all our orders, so we invite you to verify your tracking number to check the shipment status.
Before submitting an order, please double your check your address to make sure that it is correct.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, move the mouse over the label “confirmed” and click cancel. Doing so will cancel your subscription but not your current shipment. If you have signed up but want to cancel before receiving your first box, please contact us before the 15th for a full refund.
Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel upon arrival. We always declare the value small and mark the parcels as gifts, so you should receive your box with no import taxes or fees to pay. If you are unsure, before purchasing please check with your local Customs Office.
